Doesnt work. I tried installing it in both sides n thought maybe my Vita was damaged. Put the old worn out sticks back in and they function. I made sure the ribbon was all the way in and still no function. It came in sooner than expected and in great packaging. I just figure I was unlucky and got a defective part. Nothing on the outside looks damaged. No rips in the ribbon. This is why I had to ask if these replacements worked on 2001 models. I ordered another just in case.

I bought a used Vita slim from my local Gamestop. The thing worked with no problems but someone defiantly had a lot of enjoyment with this Vita, the sticks were visibly worn, the left sticks rubber top was deteriorated and sticky. I found these and thought I dont need to but for the price I’ll replace both. Replacing the sticks wasn’t difficult, the hardest part is putting the ribbon cable for the rear touch screen back in. The stick I put on the right side was acting as if I was holding the stick up and would only let me look at the ground in both games I tested. I put the original back in so I can use my new to me system. I filed for exchange with Amazon no problems there, the replacement came in quickly I swapped it again. With the new stick I could only move the camera left and right, it wouldn’t let me look up or down in both games I tested. I ended up throwing that third stick away and put the original back in and took it as a loss. They do look and feel original but they are missing a stamp on the underside and makes me think they are not Sony made sticks.

Got it to replace a pocket droid 2, the stock was crap and easily broken luckily this worked. Had to fit it but definitely better than the original.

Great value when looking for original replacement parts for your Playstation Vita. Pretty easy installation and works perfectly. Really satisfied.

Product worked as intended for my PS Vita slim. I replaced my right analog stick with no issues. I’ve only used this replacement part for about an hour so we will see if it last or not, but at the moment it feels sturdy and almost like the original. It is close enough in look and feel that it is a decent substitute for the oem part it replaced.

I purchased 3 of these and all three went defective and had issues. This company is the worst and I will never purchase from them again. Even the one board I purchased was faulty Ill be sure to challenge with my bank and get my money back.

My Vita 2000 was a used import from Japan with some pretty nasty drift in the left stick. This stick looks and feels just like the OEM right stick with zero drift whatsoever. Installation isnt hard but be careful with ribbon cables.

While yes, the sticks do replace, the ones I got were very loose and kne of them sucks harder than the other, let alone it feels like it has drift or never on center 24/7. Let alone while playing it has started becoming weird and not being very accurate. I bought 2 to replace both but I might put one of them back simply because it feels better to use something that will for sure benefit me.

Works great. Installed them on my Odroid Go Advance. Feel just like original Sony PS Vita thumbsticks.
