> 3 dayDoes the SDI and HDMI conversions I need, I have this one to back up my MD-Cross V2, Honestly it does everything I need the MD cross to do for $100 less. I use it to hold the signal to a switcher active so presenters can plug and unplug their laptops without affecting the switcher.

> 3 dayI ended up using this in a large teleprompter install to correct for a monitor being reflected on a mirror. My client couldnt get used to linux (Which can flip an output video signal natively in the OS), so I switched the machine to windows and used this to horizontally mirror the video output to the monitor. Expensive fix, but it worked like a champ. The included instructions were pretty lean, but after a lot of tinkering I got it to work in my use case. On the plus side, it saves all its internal settings, even when power is removed, so its a nice set it and forget it tool for me.

> 3 dayI purchased this from Kellards through Amazon and have had an awful experience. The device does not work. Out of deference I took it to three separate gigs and had multiple engineers who have often used Decimators try to get the device to recognize a signal, but it didnt work. When I went to exchange the device I was past the 30 day return window and Kellards refused to accept it. Thats their policy, and they are clear about it...but you should be aware of it before you buy from them--if you dont return something immediately even if it is defective they will not stand by their products. There are a million places out there that will stand by their products and would never let a faulty product be sold under their name--buy from them. BEWARE KELLARDS.

> 3 dayLove these units. They kick Blackmagic Design and Barcos Imagepros ass! I use these all over the world on AAA events. Wish they would give me other units to try out on events. (hint hint)

> 3 daySuper versatile, reasonably easy to use. I have several and they all have worked flawlessly. I find the LCD less than easy to view. I REALLY wish there was an iOS app for settings. Yes, Id have to carry around a lightning to USB cable, but thats way more convenient than lugging a laptop.

> 3 dayGreat product and solved our main flickering issue in a conference room. However, it did not solve issues with computers using usb-c to hdmi connectors.

> 3 dayThis unit sends and receives video and audio flawlessly. We generally use it as a simple converter. But, there have been a few shows where we needed to scale the signal so a receiving unit (BMD) could pass the feed.

> 3 dayThis is a great little signal converter that works flawlessly once it is set up properly. The instructions and the UI are both poor. If you want to convert a signal, you need to set the converter, then you need to APPLY the conversion to the input and make a couple of other non-obvious setting changes. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how this thing works. Now I have 3 of them. With better programming, these could be much better.

> 3 dayI love this thing. Its the signal distribution version of gaff tape, fixes just about anything with enough creative engineering. One box that can function as an SDI to HDMI/DVI convertor, a HDMI/DVI to SDI Convertor, a Scaler, or an SDI DA and unlike a lot of competing products there are no dip switches or jumpers to screw with. Everything is easily accessible through the on board menu system or the USB control panel via an attached computer. Plus its a lot less expensive than any one of the three AJA boxes this can replace let alone the cost of all them. Ive had this thing running in the ballpark of a thousand hours on site now and Ive had zero issues with it.
