These are great for makeup! I work a haunted attraction and we use these sponges (cut in half) to apply our makeup (a waterbased cake). They clean okay, but they are great for blending. Excellent for bruises!

These sponges are a LOT smaller than I expected, kinda like getting a slider when you thought you ordered a quarter pounder.

These are great!! I use these for applying mink oil and saddle soap. Theyre a perfect fit for the palm of your hand and made quite well.
