My big suitcase wheel broke and I hadnt even started my vacation yet! Extremely disappointing. It was very hard to wheel around a broken suitcase. Would NOT recommend buying these

we used this for the first time the handle broke before we even boarded for our International flight super upset and waste of money I hope the seller sees this and does something to rectify this-We purchased other sets for the same trip from a different seller and everything was perfect

The wheel hub cap came off on the way to the airport. The handle broke taking it out of the car. Garbage should be its rating.

Our wheels broke off during a trip. The handle was flimsy, and the exterior is thin. This is not a well made set of luggage. I don’t write reviews, but thought I should let people know.

I don’t like the cheap material

I purchased this luggage set for a week long trip but it disappointed me from day 1. The wheels are not the most sturdy and they seem to lock up when rolling in either position (upright or trail behind). The interior was fine and the large zipper compartment on the top side of the luggage is great but everything else is not. Made traveling through the various stops/ports extremely difficult and cumbersome. I bought a single piece, hard shell, spinner from another manufacture and it vastly outperformed this entire set. I would caution anyone on buying this item.

Needed some basic luggage nothing fancy. These looks like they would last, but after first trip with jumbo bag the handle broke. On top of that they scratch really easy.

I like this set. I purchased it in red and it’s very pretty, kind of a raspberry color. Unfortunately the large suitcase is bigger than United Airlines allows without oversize charges. They may not measure it, but if they do they will find it about two or 2 1/2 inches too big. A single baggage charge can cost as much as the entire set of suitcases! I have taken one trip with it and the finish is easily scratched so if you use it, I suggest a luggage cover to protect the finish. If you use luggage covers, then it doesn’t really matter what color the suitcase is. I got red because it’s easy to spot. I do think they are well-made and have a lot of nice features and are a good buy for the money. it’s so big that I probably won’t use the largest bag in my travels simply because I can’t imagine handling it once it’s full. On the one trip I took, I did not pack very much in it.

Not a great guy ! The wheels get stuck all the time hard to drive . Wish I could return .
