its not blue or yellow just regular white light. now i look the same at the mirror in the bathroom and outside. the bulbs are big but they fit in tiny fixtures just fine. i love em!

Well made bulbs that are instant on, instant brightness, and never get hot. The actual globe is plastic and therefore less fragile without sacrificing performance. The entire bulb radiates light equally instead of seeming brighter near the center of the bulb. Be sure to consider the “color temperature” you desire (see attached color chart). These are available from 2700K to 6000K. I ordered the 5000K (bright daylight) bulbs and now recommend 4000K or less for normal bathroom and vanity use. The attached photo shows these 5W LED bulbs alternating with 11W soft white CFL bulbs. I find the whiter color more stimulating and better for grooming activities, but it is a noticeable change.

First, these are not equivalent to 60W incandescent bulbs. Judging strictly by observation and supported by the 500 lumen rating in the description, Id say these are equivalent to 40W incandescent bulbs. Thats okay for my use since our vanity light fixture holds 8 bulbs. If youre only going to use four of them, its probably going to be too dark. Youre going to want something brighter than these. That said, I love the color. Its a nice natural daylight shade. Its not pure white but its so much better than the crappy 2700k bulbs that I was using. Those are just awful. Im not ever buying those again. If you have cheap LEDs, swap them out for some better bulbs like these. Youll instantly see the difference.

These are definitely in the 5000k daylight spectrum. I replaced 4 warmer bulbs with these and it took some getting used to, but now I prefer this while getting ready in the morning. I replaced incandescent bulbs with this one - and I was worried that they would look odd because of the standard LED base - but was happy to find that they look great - the bulb size is significant and the base is small - you cant even tell its there unless you look for it. They are non-dimmable, but thats fine. I dont use a dimmer in the bathroom. There is also no sound or buzz from these lights.

Now all of my vanity lights match. They are bright, look lovely and provide the perfect lighting for makeup etc.

These bulbs do produce a warm light instead of a cold, glaring light. The one problem with LED bulbs sometimes is the bright, cold glare, but these give off a warmer, yellower light. They arent quite as bright as my incandescents were, but they are close enough. And they will certainly save on energy costs since each bulb is only burning 5 watts! Because they are LED bulbs, I dont think Ill need to replace them anytime soon. The bulb is plastic, rather than glass, so they wont shatter.

These bulbs are very bright and it makes the surrounding area look exceedingly vivid. They came safely and were much needed right away. Thank you

Zero complaints. Very bright. Easy to install. Perfect shape/size. Good price. Low wattage - energy saving. Not much more to say....?? :^) Would def recommend!
