I am really loving this laptop. It is quick and efficient. I mostly use it for internet and word processing and I have not been disappointed.

Ive had this for about two months and used it perhaps a handful of times for classes. The first issue I had is sticky keys, which isnt too terrible all things considered. The next I found was that the audio jack does not connect half the time, so headphones and headsets arent an option most of the time.

What a great pc for the price. Easy to set up and flawless operation. Added Office 16 for super cheap. Planning to purchase another. Replaced an older Lenovo AMD with 500 gig HD. The refurbed Dell with 224 gig SSD is more than adequate for home use and this machine is quiet....really quiet and very fast.

This laptop arrived in perfect condition; it looks like a brand new computer. Windows setup went smoothly with no problems. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it was pre-loaded with Chrome, iTunes, VLC Media Player, Libre Office, and Foxit PDF reader.
