> 3 dayArbitrarily stops working at random times. I’ve had mine for less than 3 months and it suddenly won’t turn on. I checked multiple other devices against the power outlet and confirmed the outlet works fine. The instructions for troubleshooting are not helpful. The product itself is junk.

> 3 dayFirst one didnt work. Replaced it with second one which is still working however, without movement [continuously resting on a desk] the cord from the docking station to the laptop is frayed [black outer coat is broken, and the wires underneath are frayed]. Warranty does not cover this so will have to purchase a different product.

Greater than one weekThis works seamlessly with several Dell laptops, including 7730. Uses the dual USB-C ports. Don’t forget to update the BIOS and add the drivers.

> 3 dayIve had this docking station replaced TWICE. Each unit last six to eight weeks before it begins to fail. Dell cant seem to figure out why this docking station keeps failing when used with my Pecision laptop. The laptop is nine months old and I get an error message during boot up that the docking station is failing. Uggh! I am so sick of this. Do not purchase this unit.

> 3 dayIf youre looking for a dainty little dock that fits in your pocket, this dock is not for you! I ordered this for my Dell XPS 17 (9720) after going through 2 other docks (WD19S and D600S) as they were not powerful enough to get fast charge and full running power/performance. I think the WD19S may have worked as far as power goes, but the seller put lies on their description and made me angry enough to return it. This thing has a 210W power supply and 2 USB-C charging cables that are lined up perfectly to plug into my laptop. It appears to be working great so far and there is absolutely no degradation in performance due to lack of power. The power supply is huge, so be prepared if youre concerned about space/clutter. I would definitely recommend this dock if you have a newer gaming/performance laptop. My only issue with it is there are only (2) USB-3 and (1) USB-A connector(s).

07-06-2025Ordered the WD19DC received the WD19DCS variant without the audio jack, very disappointing... works well everything else considered but minus 2 stars for the blatant false advertisement.

> 3 dayRead all reviews before buying. Dell Needs to fix the issues with their docking stations. I have several docking stations with both personal and work PCs and I am not satisfied that Dell really knows how to design a docking station. Connectivity issues occur randomly and are very frustrating when one needs to use their laptop PC with external devices (Monitors, keyboards, mice, ethernet, disk drives, etc). Powering off/on several times, rebooting, sometimes work, as does updating drivers, etc. The best workaround is to connect the needed device directly to the laptop.. IN SUMMARY, DELL NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. BUYER BEWARE!
