> 3 dayI bought this monitor mid-January 2020. This morning I turn it on to start my day and says it is entering power save mode. it will not connect to my laptop. I am a medical biller so two screens is essential. I called Dell and after about 20 minutes on the phone they are sending me a new refurbished monitor since it has been over a month since I purchased the monitor. The customer service was great! The monitor - not so much. Hopefully I do not have the same problem with the next one.

Greater than one weekI bought 3 monitors for a small company. All three had the same issues: fuzziness, stretched icons and loose connections. Icons and letters/words were all fuzzy including the internet so it was just not the computer but web applications as well. Also, the screen was stretched and if I changed the resolution then I would lose the sides of the monitor resulting in the monitor screen would go down 3 on each side. And the icons shrank. The ac plug that went into the monitor was very wiggly so if the monitor was moved in the slightest it would go off. I called Dell and they stated that the S series are for home consumers and not companies. They stated these were good enough for watching movies and gaming. They are not even good enough for that! The Dell website doesnt even have the s series on their website. Bad Bad monitor.

> 3 dayTried to set up monitor but found that there are only VGA & HDMI connections; no USB input/output ports which I need for various plug-ins. Never powered up monitor so cant speak to picture quality. Check for ports you need before ordering this or any other monitor. Found the Dell P2219H which meets my needs.
