Loved it until the handle broke after two trips with proper use. Ugh!

The way this luggage is made is - Delsey logo is attached on the side with metal which is exposed to lining and the lining has cut open from it. Partially the metal is covered with cheap foam like material but no proper padding. I am thinking whether to return or claim a warranty replacement.

Loved when I first got it. Nice looking and very functional. Handle was broken off on the third flight I took! I was shocked as the bag seemed well made. Airline was no help as I did not report at the baggage claim. Bolts are rattling around in lining.have emailed customer service with no response. Supposedly still under warranty as I’ve only had it 4 months. Delsey please help.

NOT A GUCCI, SO YOU TRAVEL RELAX KNO-WING THAT A LOT OF PUNISHMENT IS AWA-ITING. ITS LIGHT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM AND EASY TO SPOT, IT EVEN LOOKS KIND OF EXPENSIVE !

I look for wheels that roll and work. They are durable. Have owned this luggage for years. My first one lasted 29 years at least

Color looks boring.. looks dull not vibrant like picture Light weight. Moves well, but looks cheap. Clumsy to open and try to pack.. Bends Would send back, but need for trip next week. Very disappointed Dont waste your money Looks like you could have picked up better at walmart!! Ugh..

If youre going on a trip for 3-4 days and youre a moderately light packer this is the bag for you, I have a few different suitcases myself and I feel like this is exactly the one I always grab when I know I wont be gone long. A few pairs of shoes, 3-4 outfits, and pjs along with my makeup bag and hair care products and Im all set and this hold everything perfectly.
