Pretty nice quality. The mounting hardware is excellent. A molly anchor is included which is what I usually use (or a Toggler). The mounting bracket is really cool. No set screw just a spring loaded clip. I might buy another one. Update 8/2020: No issues with mine! Some finish complaints. You guys probably have bad bathroom ventilation. The hook design is very functional. Towel do not fall off unintentionally.

I put the towel hook I purchased next to the champagne bronze delta shower faucet I have... needless to say, they are two completely different colors. And I got the toiled paper holder which is also the same color as the hook and thus doesnt match my shower faucet... Delta, please fix this or rename your bronzes.

Want to have great quality and long lasting hardware in your bathroom than go with stainless steal. These are made of metal, feel and look cheap. Returning mine for something better.

Hook is fine, but Champagne Bronze color looks almost like Brushed Nickel. I was expecting a deeper color based on the picture. Have to return as these do not match my mirrors.

Heavy and solid, should last a long time. very happy with all the parts I bought from Delta, expensive but worth it, love the solid heavy feel when using the faucets, shower heads and sprayers.
