> 3 dayThe product is well put together. This faucet works great when more than one are working in the kitchen together. Also, it adds value and character to the kitchen space. Make sure you have an experienced plumber or contractor install your pot filler. Some minor modifications might be required with length of the fasteners due to a backsplash and over all thickness of the mounting area.

> 3 dayWithin a week of a professional install, the faucet started to leak. A call to Delta said they would send replacement parts and tell me how to fix it, but nothing else. I am not a plumber and have no knowledge of how to disassemble the faucet so I asked for reimbursement for the amount of a plumber to fix it from Janiah, the Delta supervisor, who said no. A letter to the president asking for Delta to make good on the product was ignored. So now, after spending almost $500 for a faucet, Im faced with having to hire someone else to fix the defective faucet they wont stand behind. Beware, Delta does not stand behind their product.

> 3 dayIve had mine for almost 5 years. Last week it started a slow drip at the swivel at the center of the faucet. I went on line to look for a gasket to fix it. I wound up on the Delta site filling out a form about the problem, the product, and contract info. Next day I get an email saying they are sending me a shipment. Day after that I get a band new faucet in the mail. Any faucets I buy from now on, will be from Delta.

> 3 dayVery Nice, Except after 6 months, 1 of the valves leaks by. Thankfully its the first one. Will try and see if they will replace.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised and looks great. The valve closest to the wall is simply on/off. The valve over the pot is variable and provides a very straight steam of water to fill even the smallest pot without splashing. If you are looking for a chrome pot filler at a great price, this is the one.

> 3 daydeveloped 2 leaks in 3 years. One at the faucet, and one at the swivel arm. Delta sent me a part to fix the first leak. I am contacting them about the 2nd leak. This shouldnt happen with a faucet this expensive.

> 3 dayIt is super heavy thus it exudes quality. The pivot points are very smooth rotation and have no leaks in the couple of months we have had it installed. Still seems expensive compared to a normal faucet. I guess it has to be stronger due to mounting on the wall. One thing I didnt like is the inevitable drop of water after turning it off.

Greater than one weekI had my husband put this over my stove so I could feel all fancy like. I really like it & use it all the time. For anything that involves cooking with water (tea, pasta, etc) It was fairly easy to install & is of good quality.
