I ordered the carry on based on other positive reviews. However the one I received after zipping it up, one of wheels cant touch the ground, very differcult to wheel the luggage around even on a smooth surface at the airport. The snap button holding the attachable toiletry pouch came off. Im returning this one back.

The space and the inside compartment of the suitcase is very good. However one of the wheels does not swivel normally and makes it difficult to maneuver. I would expect a better wheel mechanism - as a similar suitcase I own for a few years that I purchased for cheaper has way smoother and working wheels.

I couldn’t get this thing to move on the roller. It’s lightweight but seems to be cheaply made and not durable. I travel weekly and need it to be sturdy but move easily.

Lightweight, easy to travel with

I really liked this suitcase. It has pockets for liquid items and lots of space. It rolled very nicely but the handle seemed a little wobbly when it was rolled on the airport carpet, but it rolled nicely on tile floor. I was very pleased with it for the price and I expect it to last several more trips.

Nothing

I like the size and color, it seems to maneuver well, but the handle is rather cheaply made compared to the body. It comes up to its first notch and kind of wants to stay there. Trying to get the handle back in takes time and patience. Im afraid it may not last. If I had more time before my trip Id return it and get a different one. I guess you get what you pay for.

The product was lightweight and has plenty of storage.
