Solid full sized brush heads. These are not small brush heads. When I first purchased my toothbrush I received one regular sized and one small brush head. I did not like the tiny brush head, because it did not have good coverage. Both off these were regular sized brush heads and they clean well too.

These brush heads are great, but you have to buy the brand name, there is no generic. They also wear out in 6 months pretty easily when you actually brush your teeth twice daily.

Fits a little snugged but very doable, probably not the actual replacement for mine.
