I bought this to fix my early 90s Pioneer stereo amplifier. The left and right concentric volume potentiometers were so noisy that getting both channels at the right volume had become impossible. Using this product was easy. Open the case, quick blast of compressed air and a little drop of the lube and performance is restored! Still working fine a month or so later. I expect I will need to repeat in a year or two. Although the tube is tiny, I expect it will last me many years.

At a good price this stuff can make a fader feel brand new after a good clean. Its worth every cent and is easy to apply.

I used this to cure really bad static on a 15yr old volume pot on my Logitech Z-2200 THX 2.1 speakers.

This drove out the ghost in my 2004 Audi S4 sunroof switch. It brought back the pot inside the switch to proper operation. Let a few drops soak into the mechanism.

As the title says, it does what it is supposed to and I chose this because it is highly recommended in the DJ industry. I bought it to lubricate the cross fader on my Mixars DUO MKII and while I was at it I did the Cross Fader on my Pioneer DJM S9 though it might not have been necessary but it wont hurt as well.

This is the same lubricant found in the DeoxIt F5 spray, but this is the 100% formulation, whereas the F5 is 5%, plus some intact cleaner, aerosol propellant, etc. Both products are better than the other for certain applications, so I highly recommend both. This formula is perfect for DJ crossfaders specifically- it gives you such little tactile resistance while improving the electrical contacts, that it makes cheaper, conductive plastic faders feel almost like high end contactless faders. As close as you can get, anyway. I only gave it 4 stars because of the size of the applicator nozzle. This stuff is relatively expensive, but usually 1-2 drops is enough to cover most faders, but the dang nozzle on the tube is way too large to direct the flow of the product where you need it to be. Even a single drop is too wide to fit between the sides of the slider housing, so you have to hold the dropper slightly above the opening and center it perfectly, hoping the drop goes through to the contact strip below, or you have to squeeze an excessive amount of it into the opening until enough builds up to flow down into the housing. By that time, you’ll have lube all over the outside, underside and sidewalls of the housing, and probably your fingers, which will all need to be blotted up, and in doing so you’ll probably blot up some of the lube from where you actually wanted it to be, which may lead to repeating the whole process. A super fine precision applicator that can fit inside the fader’s top slot would make a tube of this last much longer. The best DIY fix I could come up with was to cut about 1cm off the end of a plastic drinking straw , then flatten it so it fits into the fader opening, and then squeeze the F100 into the straw. It still wastes a bunch of product, which gets stuck inside the straw, but at least it channels the lube to the right place and it won’t be as messy.
