I ordered this camera because I dropped a thumb drive in a crack between my bathroom vanity and wall. There is a half inch gap that needs trim but alas I have not gotten around to covering it, so this was bound to happen eventually.

Nice case to keep this in. It all comes packaged nicely with a case that keeps it secure and damage free. After unwrapping and using this, I am happy with it. The flexible cable is a benefit. It is flexible enough to get the right angles and in tight spots, but just rigid enough to keep it from wandering off in a direction you’re not wanting.

First-off: weve used a number of different borescopes around the shop and home. Theyre extremely useful for doing non-invasive inspections (read: you dont have to destroy things to get at things). Some of our uses: drain-snaking to find sources of blocks, inside bicycle frames to inspect for damage or dropped parts, inside walls looking for signs of mold.

Very useful for finding engine leaks.

The DEPSTECH Dual Lens Endoscope is a great tool. The large 5 IPS LCD screen is very adequate for viewing the images from the camera. The borescope has 2 cameras, A larger forward camera straight from the end and a second camera 90 degrees from the second on to look and the walls on a hole etc. The second camera doesnt quite have the same image quality of the first camera. A 3rd camera 180 degrees from the side camera would be nice too give you a almost 360 degree view, but for the price point a 2 camera is great.

This device comes in to save the day many times over. I originally got this to check nest boxes for the parrots i raise. They can be angry when you disturb them. So i use this device to look inside the boxes. Although having it discovered many other uses. I even used it to look under a shed i had a family of skunks living. To better set a trap, I wanted to confirm their location. I owned one before this one that i had to connect my phone. I did not care for that one, as it was always an issue. Either my battery would die or someone called me, etc. This one has a nice screen and is easy to use. Also I can use it many times without having to recharge. Also, it being attached to the display makes it easier to adjust.

Depstech makes the best endoscopic cameras at an affordable price that you will find. I bought my first one a couple of years ago and have upgraded a couple of times. They just get better. A must have for the DIY handyman.

The camera quality is amazing on this model. The camera cable is heavy duty and comes in handy with my line of work. This is a must have scope. Way cheaper than snap-on and better quality. Bought my 1 Depstech endoscope a few years ago and got hooked.
