> 24 hourIn the last year, I ordered myself some full-custom Riedell boots that are the Solaris-model base. I chose the colors of my skates to represent different family members, and I wanted to have laces that matched my boots. I had previously been switching between the silver, purple, and teal spark laces. When I saw that this color was released, I KNEW that I had to have these, as they matched perfectly. Not only is the color amazing, but they hold up very well. In the Solaris boot, there is a nylon strap that you can put your laces through to hold your boot more snuggly around your ankle. Although I was worried that the strap or laces would break due to so much friction between them, I havent had any problems with it in over a year. I skate approximately 10 hours a week and travel with my skates around the world, so I feel that this hold up extremely well. I LOVE these laces!

> 24 hourGreat! They stay snug and are beautiful. They can sometimes be too snug and scratchy on your hands when trying to lace them up tight, but feel great once you get them laced up. By the way, I got the 96” as advices for Moxi Lollys, but I have Suregrip Boardwalks and they are took long. I would get the next length down unless you want to wrap the laces around your ankles for aesthetic.

> 24 hourI have the Floss (Tiffany blue) Moxi Lolly skates, and I love how colorful they are on their own, but I also like to switch things up to make them uniquely my own. Almost a year ago, I switched the original cream laces to the Derby Spark Silver, and I loved the Tiffany-inspired look, but Im a little OCD about color and didnt love how the silver contrasted with the cream color eyelets. Yes, I know, weird, right? Enter purple and teal--OMG, so perfect! I am excited to get back to the rink next week!

> 24 hourI feel silly writing a review for shoelaces, but hey, it took my a while to find ones I wanted, so heres why I chose these and like them so much. I do crossfit. The shoe laces that came with my shoes were slipping around. NOT helpful. Also, I wanted something snazzy to go with the loud colors of my shoes. These were the right colors. The actual threads are metallic, but they are not fragile. The laces have good grip, are substantial, and they look great. They remind me of how well made shoe laces used to be Back In My Day... Highly recommend this companys products. And they included a sticker, too! : )

> 24 hourThese are pretty, they feel thick and waxy. I got the 72in laces for my Boardwalks and they arent quite long enough to get a full bow when wrapping around the ankle, but they are long enough to get a big bow when you dont.

> 24 hourRoller skating is my new years resolution. Im substituting it for running, because who wants to run. I bought these lovely teal Candi Girl skates based on Indy Jamma Jones recommendation of them as a great budget skate (find her on YouTube). So obviously I had to get fabulous laces to complement them. These laces feel sturdier than the laces that came with the skates. I went with the 96 which allow me to fully lace up the skate if I want to. The original pair caused me to leave the top two eyelets bare because they wouldnt reach.). I love that these laces are iridescent too.

> 24 hourWe’ve used derby laces in the past. They held up pretty well being tightened with a skate tightener. Love the variety of colors.

> 24 hourI searched all over for laces that would change colors similar to the holographic vinyl iron on that I had applied to my shoes. These laces were perfect. I did cut them down and burned the ends. Then I used, hidden no-tie shoelace buckles, inside to keep them in place. The only issue I had was that they werent easy to burn once I cut them. Technically they werent made for that, so I cant complain. I LOVE the way they look with my shoes. I would buy them again if I have another project like this. The color is amazing!

> 24 hourI am very happy with my purchase of my Derby Laces. I found these teal and brown Crocs in a local consignment store for a price I couldnt pass up and they were either brand new or only worn once. They were a size larger than I wear. There is a loop on the back of each heel and I thought maybe laces would help with the sizing. I found these teal and purple from Derby Laces. I received them today, a week before the estimated delivery date and they are a local company within my actual area! I didnt know that when I ordered them. I ordered the 60 inch laces which are the shortest. As you can see, I did need to wrap them around my ankles a few time, but Ive seen that with strappy sandals too. They matched color really well as you can see. They come in a fun mylar envelope. If you want something fun and colorful, I recommend these Derby Laces. They really are more for sneakers and boots, hey they work for my needs!
