It is a gift. I didn’t open it.

Product was of fair quality, but it was delivered in a box that was very damaged. This was gift and I was very disappointed. I had to spend extra money to gift it because it looked like I pulled it from my basement.

We love this backpack/ baby bag it’s literally the best ever ! The amount of pockets and zippers tends to let you forget it’s a diaper bag. That’s how awesome and thoughtful this bag is.

I was highly looking forward for this baby bag because of unique design and usability. But the two things that made my experience very disappointed were: 1. The delivery of the product too way longer, like it is made to order. 2. Finally when the product was delivered after a much delay (Thanks to myself who ordered the bag way ahead of arrival of our second one) it came defective. One of the zipper that holds the side way rod was broken, that makes one side kept falling apart. At this point I am too afraid to ask for a replacement because of delayed delivery timeline for this bag.

This is a great gift - functionality is amazing!

Not convenient at all. It doesn’t pop open but you have to assemble and then take apart each use. Such false advertising.

Charger doesn’t work and changing table don’t connect correctly

Great concept but the material isn’t worth anything. Bag literally ripped first day out the box leaving the hospital.
