I love Betsy Johnson, but I was disappointed in the quality of this luggage. The lining was not cut right and was sewn into the zipper, leaving the lining exposed and sticking out the side. Not worth the price.

It is the most fun carry on suit case ever, fits in the overhead, seems sturdy enough. It has as much room as you can fit in a carry on luggage. Mostly I bought it because it is so fun. Looks like the picture, arrived on time, packaging was substantial. It can scratch.

Was having to use my sisters luggage when traveling & decided to buy my own & im super happy with this purchase. I went with the rose pattern & it’s beautiful & seems super durable. The inside & tag are pretty too.

Lightweight. Good quality. Rolls so smooth, easy to turn and operate.

Perfect size and super cute. I haven’t used it. I bought the bigger size with hearts and Eiffel Tower. It went through the round trip from MN to AZ really wells. The wheels are the only thing that seem concerning. I see them as the first thing to break. But easy to spot on a luggage carousel

I thought this suitcase was super cute, and in person it is! But the price of this suitcase does not add up to the quality! The inside of the suitcase is so cheap! Literally the zipper is already messed up and I didn’t even used the dumb suitcase yet. Also Fedex marked my package delivered when it wasn’t, it came 2 days later and that was upsetting. I did speak to a very helpful amazon representative and was satisfied with the customer service. Overall the suitcase is nice to look at but NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I spent $109 after taxes, take your money and spend it on a suitcase that will actually last. Disappointed!

Perfect small set for short trips. You can carry it on as well as it’s smaller mates as your two personal items.

Love this luggage! It is small enough to carry on but also is sturdy enough to check in also! The images are so pretty, I felt like I was traveling with style! Cant wait to get the next size up in the same pattern soon!

Used once went from car to hotel and the zipper separated from shell. Would like it replaced but only had one month to return.
