Bag was for my wife, she is really pleased with it. She used it for the first time this week and told me that she was able to just keep putting stuff in it because it had so much room that she didnt have to use the expandable part. Easy to roll. Great bag.

Pull up handle got stuck in down position after using suitcase one time. Cannot get it to pull up again

The suitcase was wonderfully lightweight but after one short trip, it started to come apart. The Upper outside sipper unraveled from the rest of the bag. What should I do now to have it replaced??

Used for the first time on European trip where I moved around a lot. The bag has held up well. Its so lightweight its effortless to move around even when full. Really pleased with this purchase.

It is a very light weight but the wheels I felt were cheaply constructed and made it difficult at times to change directions and to use all 4 wheels in unison After less than a week of usage is unable to extend the handle as it became stuck.

Perfect size for longer weekends and if you need to pack a bunch of shoes (running shoes, casual shoes and then nice shoes) and several outfits. I like the outside pouches and it works as expected.
