The product is just as it was described. Really like the design.

Loved this lightweight large blue bag when it arrived - the color was bright and easily identifiable and it was easy to maneuver with the spinner wheels. But after less than a year and a few international trips, its falling apart! The top seams closest to the handle have pulled apart and the front zipper broke off. Im very disappointed that this bag failed.

Did some international traveling going through 3 different airports. This suitcase held up well. Only a little stripping from the piping at the corners. The color is a pretty light purple ( not lavender) that stands out on the carousel from other purple suitcases. The wheels made for smooth maneuvering. Only con was my zipper was sticking so I have to be mindful whenever I use it. So far so good.

Easy to use

The first time I used this suitcase, the zipper became completely detached from the suitcase. I had to buy a new suitcase for my return home. I brought the defective case back with me as it was covered under a warranty, but it seems the company that issues the warranty is non-existent. Its impossible to submit a claim online. No one answer phone or responds to emails. No customer service.

Is very light --3 lbs lighter than my former ultralight suitcase. Inner dimensions are less than outer dimension which apparently included wheels. So it is smaller internally than my old suitcase which has the same outer dimensions. but I like it and will keep it. Zippers are of a strong plastic --thicker than my previous suitcase (that is why I am buying a new one-- main zipper broke on old one).

Love the light weight sizing. I’ll be watching to seen if exterior is easily torn or damaged

Outside pocket zipper ripped after one flight and the warranty means absolutely nothing. The company 24-7 int that handles the warranty initially did not respond to my emails. Then they requested a photo. I sent it several times. He offered me $20 for the repair of the zipper and never sent even that. We all know it would cost much more than that to fix a zipper on luggage. Only nice thing about this luggage is that it is lightweight. Otherwise, it cannot withstand much handling but the baggage handlers.

I took this suitcase for a short trip to South Carolina vía air. It was five before flying but at the airport after flying to SC from Florida I realized the telescoping handle was getting stuck/was catching. Going to try to lubricate it but I’m worried it might be structural. Otherwise it’s nice.
