I bought this to hold my brushes, pencils, etc., while I am painting. It is perfect.

My whole life is better now that two of these little darlings can hold things where I can see them: seam gauge, two pairs of small scissors, bodkin, a few marking pens, small screwdriver, tweezers, seam ripper, and so on. Im ordering another one as a gift for a quilting friend.

Keeps my workspace a lot neater. Convenient to use, but sometimes if an item is stuck down fairly good, the lid will tend to want to come up with the item when I pull it out. The easy solution is I just keep a finger on the next item as Im pulling out the one I want and the lid stays put. I keep pens, small scissors, etc., in mine.

I love how it holds my supplies

This doesnt take up a lot of my desk room and corrals my tools in one spot so I can find them. The colored part (mine is aqua) is flexible so you can squeeze larger tools in, and it holds them up. I keep scissors, glue, erasers, bone folder, my embellishment tool, in it, and it works well!

I use this at my sewing machine. It is great for snips, rulers, seam gauges, or anything that is small enough to fit in the holes. The items sit up and are ready for me to grab when needed.

This the handiest tool I have in my sewing room. Now all my supplies are visible and within reach for my sewing needs.
