Arrived quickly. The casing is overall quality. The cons are that you still need someone to help you if youre not measuring a relatively short or flat surface because the tape, while steel, is thin and doesnt stay in place. Also, it measures in feet not inches. It would be ok still despite that, but when you pull the tape out past a short distance--which is the only reason anyone would buy a 100ft tape measure--it doesnt retract back in despite winding it (the one we were sent doesnt anyhow).

Well worth the money and made tough.

This tool feels low quality for dewalt. It also wont wind back up unless you hold it just right at a 90 degree angle. It also doesnt seem lock open or return with the button.

Tape had a crease in it when I first used it.

Already broken. Hadnt been a month!!!

The tool was dropped once and broke. Unacceptable for such an expensive product.
