DEWALT Wire Wheel, Stringer Bead, 4-Inch (DW4925)

These are great, people complaining about the wires flying off havent used too many wire wheels. I use them to clean wheel beads before mounting new tires. This is the best option Ive used to date. I bought a cheap red one off Amazon and it only lasted through 5 rims, it literally shed wires every rotation. I cleaned 4 calipers up for paint prep and have done over 20 wheels and I dont think one wire hit me in that time. Well worth the money.

Extremely rigid. Will actually eat through light gauge metal. Great for cleaning flux core stringer beads.

works great for cleaning out slag in my V grooves. doesnt seem like it will last long though.

I expected to recieve a good made in the USA brush and ended up with made in Chine. There is a big difference in made in USA brushes vs these.

Cuts through any surface rust on all my projects

Ive been using this wire wheel to grind the rust off of my 1 ton dually frame and axles seems to do the job very well
