Same great product as it was years ago. Love the tropical pineapple scent. A very small amount goes a long way on my short hair. Controls my unruly hair when it gets too long and I cant get in for a haircut. Great price on a salon product. I purchased the large jar so this will last me a long time. I will definitely buy again when needed.

Excellent product for styling

Everyone experiments with products like this and all our hair is different, so all I can say is I am a man with loosely curly hair, rather fine and a bit long, and after a shower and towel drying I put a dab in my palms and work it into my moist hair, letting it air dry. Finger combing is usually enough for me and my hair dries with curls and just a tiny bit of hold that keeps it from looking frizzy. It is the ONLY product I have found that meets my needs. Worth trying, male or female, if you have hair similar to mine.

My hair is notoriously difficult to hold in place, so Im always trying out different products. Most of time I use some sort of clay or putty to get the job done, but that tends to be overkill for the sides/back. I tried this creme out to see if I could use it as a base to mix throughout my hair, then use a putty on the front to keep that in place. This is working pretty well, but I had to be careful not to use too much of the creme or my hair looks like it has a heavy degree of product in it (though it doesnt get hard to the touch, just a thick feeling to it). Thats unfortunate because otherwise I could have used this alone to prop the front up, but thats OK - does a better job than the putty for the rest of my hair when using a lesser amount. I only put enough to cover the last knuckle of my middle finger to work it in throughout my hair. This should work for most guys, but if you do have a difficult style or heavy, thick hair, youre going to need more. The scent is pleasant and doesnt seem to be something anyone is picking up on. Washes out pretty easily compared to a putty or thicker paste. Will definitely last a while, and I think Ill end up grabbing this again when I run out.

I love this stuff. A little goes a long way. Been using it for a couple years now. It keeps my hair in place with a soft hold and it doesn’t flake at all if you recomb or it gets messed up. Highly recommend!

Great value in place of buying at your local shop. Its already known that barbers and beauty salons hike up the prices on products like this. This is the same (name brand) product. If you want to save a significant amount of money, this is a good option. The product is a good product for control. This is good for anyone with thick or hard to control hair. Also, its not as bad/harsh as other products that dry on your hair. This is a type of creme/cream that doesnt dry or dry out your hair. It keeps your hair soft while holding well. This is ideal for any styles It also has a nice scent as well. I would recommend.

I love this product and have been using it for about 10 years now. I dont love that the price nearly doubled in the last 6 months. It may just be a temp shortage but Ill be looking for another alternative unfortunately.

I have been purchasing this product for a few years now. There was some confusion this last go-round about whether this product (in a black and blue jar) was the same as the one that came in a white and blue jar. One confusing factor was that the hold rating of 8 was eliminated, and the new jar does not have the rating scale at all. I would recommend this product for people who need to avoid the bedhead look at work, but dont want the super slick, greasy and over-gelled look. Very light and natural as long as you dont use too much of it per use. Definitely recommend it to others.
