> 3 dayThis stuff works really well - so why only 3 stars? It makes my scalp go crazy. Not madly itchy, but my scalp reacts by getting crusty slighty itchy (I know - gross, huh?) bumps here and there. I dont know which ingredient(s) I have a reaction too but its real. I quit using it for a day or two and the bumps go away. Then I use it again and boom they are back. This really bums me out because if not for my skin reaction Id be a repeat buyer. I dont have any known allergies but something in this does not work with my particular biology. I havent seen any other Reviewers with this issue. I do love how this stuff works. Sigh...bummed I have to search for another.

> 3 daymy husband uses this all the time. Amazon sells this at an extremely good price compared to our local salon. We used to pau 23$ a container for the last 5 yrs, I cant believe amazon sells it for half the price! This stuff is great, just make sure you put a small amout so it doesnt build up your hair!

Greater than one weekI use this everyday for my long hair. I have hair that is about 6-7 inches long so this hold pretty good with hairspray. Do not put too much after you blow dry to get it the way you want. The container has a lot of product for the price and worth every penny.

> 3 dayThis creme is extremely easy to use. I just apply it to my palms and run it through my hair. Its not as strong as I hoped, losing it strength after about 3-4 hours. It still keeps the hair in the direction that I put it in, but it no longer has the lifting hold that it has at first. The major bad thing about this product is that it smells like coconut. If you dont like a fake coconut smell, then you wont be able to stand this at all. Fortunately, it seems to go away after the first hour. Other than the terrible smell, this is fairly good, albiet a bit expensive.

> 3 dayIve been using it for 15 years and I really hope they dont ever stop making it. Its the only product that Ill use as it makes my hair do what I want, but doesnt turn to stone when it hardens. I also like that I can just wet my hands and fix myself up at the end of the day without having to apply more. The fact that it smells awesome is just icing on the cake : )

> 3 dayIve never used this kind of stuff before so I dont have anything to compare it to. I can say it does hold my hair together throughout the day(s). The thing I dont like about this is that it makes my hair look greasy. It doesnt feel greasy, it just looks greasy. I dont know if this is the case with all these style cream things. It doesnt matter if I apply it to damp or dry hair. No matter what Ive tried, as soon as this stuff gets in my hair I look greasy. Its not horrible. I guess you could say its just shiny, but to me it looks greasy. It will last you a good long time. Im thinking months. That could be an exaggeration, but seriously a little dab of this is all you need to use. I tried more once to see if I can do anything really funky with my hair and it didnt really help much, so dont bother using a big glob. If you really want to do something funky you might need some hair spray along with this or even a stronger styling cream. Sorry to say I will not be buying this brand (or at least this product) again. If it didnt make my hair greasy/shiny I would rate it a 5. Next time Ill be on the lookout for something that keeps my hair looking clean and normal.

Greater than one weekI decided to try the d:fi molding creme after going back and forth between Mitch and American Crew products for some time. I do like the overall hold and matte texture of the d:fi, but the texture of the product sometimes makes it difficult to work through the hair initially. This just means a few extra minutes of working with the product to get the look Im going for, but ultimately Ill get there. This does last all day long and even into the next morning sometimes, so durability is not an issue. Pricing is less than the other brands I use so I will definitely consider rebuying when the time comes. Id say its worth a shot if youre looking for a similar product.

Greater than one weekI recently switched barbers and they convinced me to start using a molding creme in my hair to allow some more hip, contemporary style options. I am usually wary of cremes and gels, but after some gentle persuasion I agreed to give this product a try. There wasnt the odor I expected like from some hair cremes I had tried, which was encouraging. Once worked through the hair it remains fairly pliable, rendering it neither heavy and greasy nor stiff/sticky. Dollar for dollar this is probably the best hair product I have ever used, but I do wish it wasnt quite as heavy, which isnt the ideal combo for my fine hair, but would probably be pretty much perfect for most other hair types.
