> 3 dayI bought these for my wife a while back. She has a wool allergy, otherwise Id have bought wool socks. I looked for a wool alternative and found these and she swears by them. After my wool socks finally needed to be tossed because of a hole on the sole, I bought myself a pair of these as well. They are the warmest socks I have ever owned. I really only use them for around the house. Its nice when Im walking around the house that has tile or hardwood which is cold. The band that makes them stay up are pretty worthless for guys with hairy legs, at least in my experience. The price is definitely a little step but so far, not having really tested these in the elements, is a nice home option and worth the price as long as they keep.

> 3 dayEasily the warmest pair of socks I own--they are my go-to socks for lounging around the house/sleeping. They have held up very well to machine washing and drying. Another reviewer mentioned them being something along the lines of comically large--I wear a US 10.5 in womens, and found the heel to be spot on to my foot. The reason I knock off a star is two-fold: 1.) They are VERY thick--so much so, that I had little to no tactile response in my foot while on my motorcycle. I had to look down at the rear brake pedal to makes sure I was pushing down on it. I thought the idea of tactile response in both gloves and footwear was moto-geek/salesman mumbo jumbo, until I realized what it meant to be without it--NOT fun. I was also testing out my new thick gloves that morning, which ALSO had no tactile response, come to find out. That made for a bit of a scary commute that morning (but at least I made it in without frozen phalanges?), and I learned my lesson. 2.) If you exert any amount of physical activity, these will make your feet sweat and stink. Found that out the hard way after the scary commute to work mentioned above. In summary: lounge away in warm, but do not attempt to labor in them.

> 3 dayI usually wear a size medium in unisex or men’s socks as I wear a size 11 women’s shoe. Unfortunately, I ordered medium because these are supposed to be ‘true to size’ without looking at the fit chart. My bad. I’ll order a large the next time around. As for functionality, these are nice, toasty warm socks and far better than nearly all of the ‘slipper socks’ I’ve tried! I’ve been wearing these in the house now that the weather has gone wet and chilly and they keep my feet from feeling cold while not overheating them. I bought some puffy fabric paint and used that to put non-slip lines and dots on the soles of the socks so they don’t slip on the floors.

Greater than one weekA little heavier fabric than a regular sock. Works well in low temps.

Greater than one weekMy husband wears these socks to work in -10 freezer. He said they “blew his mind”. They were extremely warm and comfortable. True to size and not bulky at all.

> 3 dayThese socks are very soft n thick. I bought them to wear hunting. They do not keep your feet warm. I could not tell any difference with the reg socks I have been wearing. I even wear toe warmers. But in 20 degree temps my toes were cold. My boots are a size too big so they fit well in them. They will for sure make your shoes tight. I havent decided if I will keep them or not.
