This worked great until I broke the bit. Wasnt the products fault. Now I need to find a replacement bit.

If youve ever struggled with using a screw driver and hammer to extract the wood plugs from a hole saw, you will LOVE how much easier it is to simply pop off the quick release and use the pilot bit to poke those out. Speaking of the pilot bit, however, this one is objectively not up to snuff. Bad metallurgy. They break regularly. Order several replacements or else youre gonna be dead in the water with no warning in the middle of some project

If you use holesaws regularly, you will get your money’s worth and more plus you’ll save a fortune in time.

What a amazing solution

If you may need multiple sizes of hole saw, this is a great tool/system to get. When you need a new size, just buy the saw and click it onto your arbor. Its very easy, and very secure. Freud generally makes great tools, and this just reinforces that.

Using a mag drill press with a 3 hole saw into steel, cutting fluid, careful use and still broke 5 of these getting the job done. See pics. I dont know what they are making the shafts of these out of, but its crap. I could give a darn about quick change, I just want the tool to work and survive.

Just received. Unknown if it was a return or damaged in transit. But looks used and packaging is dirty. I know it’s a good product but sucks that they sent it this way.

In my first one the ring keeping the bit inside the fitting broke. Could still use on a lathe but not with a drill press. The bit would fall out. Without the bit the cutter bounced all over the place. The mechanism and principal are great
