I dont give 5 star reviews, but this nozzle has done nothing but perform, and is working flawlessly for a couple of weeks now. Diamondback nozzles are the way to go in my book for now on.

Nozzle kept clogging despite the companys claims that the diamond insert made this impossible. Swapped it out with a hardened steel nozzle so I could get back to work. Not worth the price.

Make sure the threaded section matches you current nozzles. It was too short for my Ender 5 S1 and caused it to get clogged.

Installed in the QIDI I-Fast standard extruder, adjusting the tempts took some time to dial in, but once adjusted, works great

This nozzle is awesome but can throw you for a loop in one regard. Much like steel nozzles it can change the temp needed to print but unlike steel you wont see a potential increase in temp but a potential decrease in it. Definitely worth the money in my opinion

Well worth it by far super consistant and it might be your last nozzle

All I can say is wow this nozzle prints absolutely perfectly. I have a Voxelab Aquila (Ender 3 v2 clone) with Ender Sprite DD extruder and the MK8 version of this nozzle works perfectly. Seems like nothing sticks to the nozzle and prints are silky smooth. Nozzle is not cheap but way worth it IMO.

I got this a month ago and have printed non stop with it. So far it has worked perfectly. Taulman CF nylon goes through it like a dream. Ive also printed a lot of PLA + and some TPU (90A and 95A). I havent had any clogging issues. Ive had a couple of different Micro Swiss hardened nozzles on two different printers but always had issues, probably due to heating. The Diamondback nozzle fixes that issue and I can actually print an average of 5 degrees cooler. This nozzle is on a CR10S with a MicroSwiss NG Direct drive and all metal hot end. Despite the cost I would buy this nozzle again, although I would hopefully be able to time it with a black Friday sale.

Leaves a very smooth top surface

I’ve been using their other offering on my all metal e3d v6, but my Creatbot F430 hasn’t gotten the same treatment. That’s all changed now, and the wait has been worth it. Beautiful prints, my only wish is it went up to 500c so I could use it for PEEK.

Diamondback Nozzles

Precision Print | Any Filament | Longer Life

The team behind DiamondBack Nozzles has been developing world-class diamond products for the energy industry for more than 40 years. Members of the team recently developed a proprietary Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) nozzle for 3D printing that can handle the most challenging applications. The DiamondBack Nozzle delivers precision prints, prints any filament, and offers a much longer nozzle life. In addition, the DiamondBack is easier to clean, reduces tip clogging, improves layer adhesion, lowers operating temperature, and delivers unmatched wear resistance.

PRECISION PRINT

Our nozzles rely on a solid diamond tip to improve precision 3D printing. The tip is not a diamond coating, but rather a solid diamond substrate made of polycrystalline diamond. Not only is our diamond the hardest material in the world, but it also provides ultimate thermal conductivity, or heat transfer capability. Easily transfers heat from the hotend through the nozzle and into the filament--ensuring more precision printing and better layer adhesion on every print.

ANY FILAMENT

DiamondBack relies on a proprietary and patented diamond technology. This breakthrough technology allows 3D printers to print any filament on the same nozzle. A DiamondBack nozzle can easily print standard PLA and ABS filaments AND highly abrasive carbon fiber-embedded filaments without having to worry about changing out the nozzle! Also, it allows 3D printing using PLA Copper, Iron, and Carbon Fiber.

LONGER LIFE

The Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) used in every DiamondBack nozzle will significantly extend the overall life of the nozzle. The extreme hardness, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity of this unique material make it an ideal solution for 3D printing. Delivers high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of friction, and high fracture toughness. Extends the tool life of other applications in other industries by 2 to 8 times the life of tungsten carbide and other hard metals.
