The looks of the bag is nice, but because the main compartment is one big mary poppins bag (like, it’s so deep) it’s impossible to open or close the bag with the zipper with one hand. You have to use one hand to hold the opening closed and then use the other hand to pull the zipper. Even doing it that way, it’s still very difficult because of how wide the bag opens at the top (think brown paper grocery bag). Also don’t love the little hearts on all the zipper pulls.

My favorite diaper bag thus far. Plenty of room! Wish the insulated bottle holders were bigger but pleased with it.

Love this bag. I was worried that my back would hurt after carrying this bag. But, its light and the straps are comfortable. It has a lot of storage space too. Overall a great bag, happy I got it

Other than it was packaged in a suctioned bag and was a little wrinkled, it was perfect! Even with the wrinkles we just steamed those away. It had So many pockets & a lot of space. 10/10 for price and quality.

The bag itself is okay. Maybe not the most durable material but gets the job done. Falsely advertised a zipper pocket in the back. I got this for a pumping bag And was disappointed there wasn’t an opening in the back

This is probably this prettiest “diaper bag” that I have ever seen. I browsed through several back backs and ultimately chose this one because it comes with a changing pad. It’s way prettier in person. It’s not as big as a regular backpack obviously but big enough to pack for the daily needs of our infant. AND I love that it has zippers everywhere and a few that let you to access the inside of the backpack and not just from the top zipper. Side water Bottle holder for mom is a plus too.
