I’m not returning it. It seems accurate but I did not test it or compare it so I can’t really speak to this but it seems fine. It changes quickly when I moved it closer to my heater. It’s very tiny and feather lightweight so it gets knocked over all the time until I put Velcro on it and stuck it to the wall. You could also tape it to a weight or heavy magnet. I have older eyes and can still read it without my reading glasses. I’m happy with it.

The temperature is off slightly but is very useful to check my greenhouse conditions 24/7.

These little thermometers (3x2) are great! I live in the Northeast and own an older home with 8 rooms that are broken down by 3 heating zones so only 3 rooms have thermostats, but only 2 actually work! So, it started with purchasing one for my bedroom because it always felt freezing in there at night and that thermostat always read 52 degrees, but I knew it couldnt be that cold (hopefully!), so I bought one of these little thermometers and low and behold it was really 68 degrees! Still a little cool but its nice to know what the temperature really was. Since then, Ive bought two more one for the office and living room. Its nice to walk into a room and see the actual temperature. They work great and are small enough to just stand on a shelf, dresser or tv stand and they are very accurate. You cant beat the price and theyre easy to set up. I highly recommend this product.

This little indoor thermometer is great at this price point, though I had some difficulty with the first one I received. The display didnt work at all, even when I removed the battery that came with it and replaced it with a new one. Because it was so inexpensive, I didnt want to go to the trouble of returning it to Amazon. I dont have a UPS store in my town, and it wasnt going to be worth the hassle to ship the defective item back. So, I contacted the seller. Fortunately, they were shockingly efficient, responsive, courteous, and helpful. They replied to my initial message within hours, apologized, and offered to send me a replacement ASAP, which they then proceeded to do. Great customer service! Received the replacement faster than expected, and it works just fine. I really like that it shows tenths of degrees, and when checked against other thermometers, it seems perfectly accurate. The magnet on the back makes it convenient to attach to the leg of my desk. Overall, Im quite pleased with the quality and functionality. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that the photos in the listing are a bit misleading. The item as portrayed seems much larger than it is in reality. Thats mostly on me, as the dimensions are listed in another photo, but I missed that prior to placing the order. Still, I feel that the photos should be a more accurate representation of the items true size. Other than that, no problems with the item!
