> 3 dayI read lots of great reviews about this product, but the cost seemed a bit high for a simple printer cover. However, because I really needed something quickly, I took the plunge and purchased two of them for two different printers. I am so glad I did because these are very durable, attractive, well made and they do exactly what they are meant to do and that is to keep dust off of printers! I cant ask for anything more. They arrived extremely fast, were packaged very well and as far as Im concerned, are well worth the price now that I have them. I purchased one for a Brother DCP-L2550DW laser printer and it fits like a glove! Its absolutely the perfect height, width and depth. It couldnt be sized any better! I also bought one for an HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 which has a much lower profile and overall size than the Brother, and its cover was just as accurate in size. Now, I wish I could find the cover for an older Canon Pixma MP780 I have, but they dont have that model listed on their site. Neither cover that I purchased would fit the Canon, so I guess Ill keep searching. If you are still on the fence trying to decide what the best cover would be, you cant go wrong with these! They are very high quality!

21-11-2024Very good purchase. Fits nice over my Brother laser printer. No more dusting of the printer! Plus you don’t have to take it off to grab something you printed. Just lift the front a little and pull it out.

Greater than one weekI bought this because the Brothers Printer that I have doesnt have a method of preventing dust from getting into the document feeder and scanner. Sine I use my printer for personnel use and dont use it very frequently there is the potential for a lot of dust build up. This thing is made out of a very durable canvas or canvas like material. I cant see any reason that this cover wont outlast the printer itself. I would definitely purchase this again if I found myself in the unlikely scenario of owning more than one printer.

> 3 dayLiving out in the rural areas of the Ozarks it gets quite dusty so a printer cover is a must unless you enjoy constantly cleaning out the inner workings of your printer weekly. This little dust cover does its job well, I havent had to clean my printer once since slipping it on. Get it , you wont regret it and neither will your printer....
What harm can a little dust do?
By the time you see that fine layer of dust on top of your printer, you can be certain at least 3 times that amount of dust has been sucked in thru the vents and holes outside, settling into its internal components that are used to run the printer. While you can wipe that dust on top away, the dust inside just keeps building up in a thickening layer and sticking to the electronics inside by static charge.
