Very hard to see where in the fabric to insert the stitches. I went out and bought a larger count cross stitch fabric. This is not a design for a novice.

Mom loves Santa. She loves cross stitching Santa even more. I bought this to give to her for Christmas. This is gorgeous, as all Dimensions Gold kits are. Yes, theyre pricey. But the quality of the materials & the beautiful picture she can make are worth it.

My wife wanted this so bad. When it arrived, she said it was exactly what she was expecting and cannot wait to start it. She loves the Gold Collection because they are more complicated and especially likes 18 count Aida fabric. The best thing about the Dimensions pattern sheets is that they are color coded. Thats why she sticks with Dimensions Gold Collection.

I was so pleased to find quality thread in vibrant colors that came organized and presorted. The pattern is easy to read and follow. Im currently 1/3 into it and I can tell its going to be beautiful.

The minute I saw this pattern, I knew I had to get it. By far, the most challenging piece Ive ever done, but well worth the effort. The colors are so vibrant, and the details are exquisite. Im 3/4 of the way done. I texted a friend a photo of my progress, and she said it looks like a painting. The detailing and complexity of colors are that good!
