Dish Upgraded 54 Series Remote Control for The Hopper

The original dish remote lasted almost 5 years until my dog chewed it. The new model looks exactly like the previous remote other the addition of the voice button, and the voice control is a great bonus.

I wanted to replace the original remote with one that was lighted

Replaced original Dish remote that quit working after 2 years. This one looks exactly the same but works better than my original one ever did. Extremely easy to pair ..took 2 seconds !! Hopefully this holds up for a very long time.

Replaced a remote that had quit working.

I got it last night. I paired it to the Hopper 3 easily. Then I found out that it had actually copied the settings from my wifes remote! The TV and the sound bar were already included! I didnt have to do anything! If I bump it in the dark, the lights come on...like Here I am! I had bought a Chinese knockoff to save $3. It didnt work. I got a replacement and it didnt work. So I got a refund and bought this. It is well worth the extra $3! Now I know that if it doesnt say Dish at the bottom front, it wont work!

I can control the TV and adjust the sound with my stereo receiver.
