I highly recommend using training pants over regular underwear for the child who is just learning to use the toilet. The extra fabric absorbes most of the wet which leaves less mess on the floor to clean. I have used the Gerber ones in the past and loved them. Since these look as if they are a similar cut I bought some of these too. The only thing I noticed that I did not like was the unconsistancy with the cut of them. All three in the package when stacked on top of each other are slightly different sizes. The smallest of the three is almost too small for my son. The black ones have also faded a significant amount in only a few washings. After a few weeks of use I feel the Gerber brand is overall a higher quality item as far as the fabric, stitching, and size consistency. But my son likes the characters. So we are regularly using both right now.

I purchased these along with others for my son who’s turning 3 next month and is going thru potty training right now. My son is about 30 lbs and the 2T still fits fine. I love the extra padding, and it is super soft (compare to some of the regular underwear you can find at Walmart/Target). The waistband is also comfortable and wide. It can absorbed some (not let it leak down his legs) but my son will feel the wetness and usually stop peeing, and come ask us to change him and finish peeing in the toilet. We love the cartoons on the underwear, my son is very into Paw Patrol right now and he is happy that he gets to pick his underwear of the day… and he gets sad when he get them dirty. So far we have made great progress!

These are amazing. I love them my little man absolutely LOVED them when I first showed them to him & he continues to love them. I also ordered the Thomas 3 pack with these. They are all super soft & wash great. My son was 18 months when I put him in them and he is still wearing them fine now 3 months later even though already toilet trained he loves them so they have become him house undies. Not waterproof at all but this is a good thing. He understood pretty quick what they were all about & didnt want that little accident to happen often. He was trained after about 7 days but I was only brave enough to trust him & actually go out of the house with them on when I noticed that the diapers were never wet! We keep them stacked in the bathroom where he can access them & he loves choosing which one he will wear.

Other than the underwear that came are not specifically the ones pictured, they are nice. Great padding for my newly potty trained toddler.

I love the extra cotton piece it has in the middle. It’s very absorbent for the accidental pee incidents. My son loves the pattens on it as well! Great motivation to transition him into underwear! They are a true to size too! I am constantly washing them and the elastic hasn’t worn off!

It took a long time to find patterns that my son liked. Id love to get him out of diapers, so if the pattern appealed to him, hed be more likely to want to wear them. He loves Cars, Toy Story, and Finding Dory so this 3 pack was a no brainier for us. When I received the package I got the Toy Story and Cars, but the Incredibles underwear instead of Dory. My son is terrified of the Incredibles, so theyll never get worn.

Just a little big for my 20 month old. He wears 2T but all those shorts & pants have the different size waist options, underwear doesnt. He does love the characters!

Ordered 3T for my son who just turned 3. It fits just right and I like how it is of a thicker fabric to absorb some accidents. Don’t get me wrong, it won’t hold up for a full bladder blown accident, but for potty training purposes, I believe it does justice. My son still isn’t potty trained yet but this helps him understand more of the process and the no-diaper-policy since he’s a “big boy” now. He definitely likes the cartoons and designs.

These are great training pants. However, the set I received is not the set in the picture. It was still the same 3 films, but the prints were different.
