Product arrived on time, looks like this item was drug behind a truck. Packaging completely broken, extremely dirty. Looks like someone purchased it at a discount price and resold it. Very disappointed as this is for a gift.

If you are looking for a good Christmas gift for the buck, this product is a great choice. Size is perfect for one hand of a 5 year-old girl. My little angel loves it by playing with her new doll house.

Kid loves this doll so thats all that matters. She looks nice and was very affordable. Kid was thrilled she came with shoes lol
