Disney Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Minnie Mouse Denim, 21-Inch

Got this for my son for out trip to Disneyland and he absolutely loves it! And when its coming through the baggage claim its easy to spot!

The description states 24inch, a 21 inch was delivered. After online chat and phone call Amazon could not provide what was advertised. All the support I got was apologies for my frustration. Disappointed and disgusted!!

The luggage is well-made and beautiful...However, after only using it 5-6 times the screw broke in the wheel housing causing the wheel to jam. American Touristers customer service has been non-existent even though I have emailed them 3 times and filled out 2 claim forms. I have 15 year old luggage from another manufacturer that is in better shape than this 4 year old set that has barely been used. I talked to a luggage repair shop about getting it fixed on my own and they said its difficult to get parts from AT and usually takes 3-4 weeks. Im not sure I would buy an AT product again.

I loved how big and sturdy they are. Loved them for our Disney trip back in July.

Perfect size for an extended vacation for one person and perfect size for two on a weekend trip!
