This is definitely meant to be more of a parasol but it does still work as an umbrella, which is fantastic because Im of Irish and German ancestry and live on the gulf coast where well over half the year is either raining or so sunny you could fry an egg on your car. The buttons work great for opening/closing and everything is very smooth. Looking forward to using it outside this summer and maybe not getting a sunburn.

Im excited to use this UV Protection Umbrella for upcoming events where I know Ill be outside, cooking in the sun. However, today is a rainy day in my area, so at present, this is being used as a regular umbrella. I ordered the white one, but the black unit-un coating underneath looks opaque, like it will definitely block out those sun rays. The button on the handle easily compresses & pops out the umbrella & closes using the same mechanism. The umbrella feels lite & could easily fit inside a purse or a bag.

This is a dual purpose umbrella with the special black inner coating to use in both strong sun days or rainy days. I got the blue. Its small enough to be good for one person but Def not two. It has the standard features such as auto open that releases to umbrella from the base. Shake it and it will open fine. Closing will require two hands. Its a compact UV umbrella that works well for sun shade. Cant find too many of these in American stores so getting this online is great.

How many white umbrella have you seen before? me, none. But I saw this one and given the amount of rain in our area this year, had to get one for family. Color besides (thats not reason for four stars) this umbrella opened easily and closed easily. It feels like its good quality, I can see the springs attached to each rod. its pretty thick the rod and spring. the black underside i assume its for UV protection, hopefully its that. This is a good addition to our family. I left off one star because I dont know how long it will last. But otherwise its good

This umbrella is easy to open and close, making it convenient for both sunny and rainy weather. It gives an overall feeling of high quality with its sturdy construction. The handle is comfortable to hold, and I didnt experience any discomfort while using it. The color and design are aesthetically pleasing and perfect for a female user like myself.

Some unexpected rain hit California, so I was able to use this for the first time. First thoughts, I wasnt too crazy about the colors available, but that is what makes it slightly unique. This is a pretty compact umbrella that was easy to open with a nice comfortable handle. The size is good an adult, but maybe too small to fully cover two people. I also like how the water beads off the material. Overall, really good umbrella.

Im still looking to replace my almost dead ultra-portable travel umbrella so I thought Id give this one a try even though I knew it was larger/longer folded length. Wow! Hang on to it when engaging the release button because the spring is strong! Closing the umbrella, same thing. Be aware though, the umbrella mechanism makes a popping sound when activated that is not whisper-quiet. But its this efficiency of opening and partial closing that is going to make it easier when getting out and bringing the umbrella back in the car. The pink is a nice soft, pearl pink. Having a black liner helps to cut down on glare especially if using to shield from the sun. Additionally, for photo purposes, the black fabric liner wont influence the color balance in your selfie pictures. The fabric seems to be very durable and Im guessing truly water proof rather than just resistant. Im leaving on a trip to a location where its anticipated to be rainy much of the time so Ill have an opportunity to really test drive this umbrella. My initial assessment gives this a thumbs up! I used this for the first time and was impressed. I was going to an event and it was really windy, I had bags in my hands and this umbrella held up. I like that the cord on the umbrella is elastic so it will fit over any sized hands. I am really annoyed that the sleeve cover is a darker shade of yellow than the umbrella itself. Thus is very minor, but its so noticeable.

This is a good quality small and lightweight umbrella. The blue color is nice. Its easy to open and close. The only issue with this umbrella is how short the pole is. The distance from the umbrella covering to the bottom of the handle is really short, so youd need to hold it up high all the time. Other than that, this umbrella is small and easy to carry around.

Good quality, lightweight, and compact. The umbrella is durable and I would recommend it.
