> 24 hourThese are great. They can be used with thicker fabrics (e.g., backpack webbing, etc.) with ease.

> 24 hourThese were perfect for our craft (wool felt hand warmers) at the Library -- big enough eyes for us mature crafters, and we didnt have to use the threaders!

> 24 hourSo..I bought this item thinking that a six pack was one pack with six needles. Nope, I got six packs of six needles each! I had to sew together two very thick pieces of cording (think heavy duty backpack straps), and after much research, I decided that a Size 18 needle was the right fit. I dont know anything about sewing or needles. I bought these, some heavy duty thread, watched several videos on YouTube on how to backstitch, and got to work. It turns out that its really hard to manipulate without a needle pusher, but I managed to get it to work. The needles were very sharp and that certainly helped. I had trouble making the backstitch look good, but thats because of my poor sewing skills and not the needles. At the end, I actually did a decent job and repaired what I needed to repair. I kept two packs for myself and gave 4 packs to my mom. Very, very happy with this item, and so happy I got 36 needles instead of 6.
