> 3 dayTried it on my new Diamondback bike that has front and rear shocks. It reads the existing pressure as soon as its attached, is easy to pump, is easy to connect, and is compact. Has a lifetime warranty which is also nice if its honored easily. Not sure about customer service since Ive not needed any. Note: For Mt. bikes, most shocks have the chart with pressure values to start with in relation to body weight. Thats a great starting point for your shocks. If the bike doesnt show it, the manufacturer of the shocks website will have it.

> 3 dayThis pump is exactly what I needed to fill my rear bicycle suspension. Its light weight and easy on the hands to put down 220 Psi. Money well spent; on trail days it gets passed around, everyone will want to check their pressure and adjust.

Greater than one weekWorks great for the price. I bought a different cheaper pump and it failed. This one works.

Greater than one weekturns out it will show existing pressure before fully tightened. until fully tightened it will not add pressure though, seemingly not working. the swivel also binds up before fully tightened, necessitating letting the whole unit rotate to fully tighten. (lubing the seal may cure this.) once fully tightened, it works fine. (i only pumped to 170 psi.) i have no way to judge the accuracy, disregard those stars.
