DocketPORT 687 Duplex Card Scanner (DP687) with DocketSCAN Business Card

Ive had this product for years now. For the most part, it is great, but occasionally my custom settings stop working and its a pain to set it up again. There is no paper manual to troubleshoot it.

Bought a used one but I downloaded software and ran calibration sheet. I had it working in less than 45 min scans great. Image is clear and in color does both side of card at same time. Love it.

I bought this scanner for a medical office and it provides clear, detailed images that I can scan directly into patient charts. It is worth the money and I am glad I got it.

My staff uses this ALL day to scan in insurance and id cards from our patients. Worked right out of the box!!!

Excellent; arriving on time

It claims to include software, it just means the driver. It will not populate the scanned image on a document. It also does not have a size profile for a standard ID, so you get a scanned image the size of a mailing envelope. It will scan your ID, but it was not useful to our purposes.

it worked great until suddenly it didnt . Pretty miffed it happened on day 31 and no ability to get satisfaction with this product
