How cute is this?! The packaging it came in made me feel like I was opening a present. It goes purrfect with my wine themed kitchen.

I gave this to my wife for Mothers Day. There was a slight typo on it, a letter was missing probably from when it was being engraved. Other than that the product itself was beautifully made. A card came with the item that included an email address if there should be any problems with the order. She emailed the company that night with a picture of the product and missing letter and by the next afternoon she received a response apologizing for what had happened and that she will be receiving a replacement as soon as possible. My wife received the replacement and she was really happy with it. Again, the customer service has been excellent throughout this process. We are very pleased with merchandise.

I loved the product. I would have given a 5 but the painting of the self was bad, as in sparse. It clearly was spray painted after assemble and the paint did not cover but about a third of the self that holds the glasses. This was a gift so disappointed in that. But other wise ok
