> 24 hourI had an older audible/vibrating/schock training collar from another maker that died and I needed a new one. This collar is pretty easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow. The vibration is strong and the audible is loud and at a high pitch my dog reacts to both very well. I doubt I will use the shock much. I tested it on myself before putting the collar on my dog and it is very bareable. All and all its easy to program, operate and charges fast.

> 24 hourWorked for my small German Shepherd puppy so far. It did not hardly phase my neighbors large breed adult dog. He seemed to absorb the shocks at the highest setting like it was a gnat or mosquito. So, for puppies and smaller dogs, seems to work well. Thats my actual experience.

> 24 hourI bought this to try on my wandering beagle and it has made such a difference. She now stays in the yard or turns around as soon as she hears the beep. The beep is nice and loud so you can hear it even when she is out of sight. The only downside is the handheld transmitter is a bit bigger than other ones but that is minor and it is easy to use.

> 24 hourI have a mastiff pup that is really good, BUT like any pup she has her moments. This collar has surprised me with how good it works. I can also put it on my beagle mix & use it to allow him off leash. If you know hounds, they are notorious for being runners (take off), this prevents it. So I can take and put it on a 150 lb puppy, then turn around & put it on a 20 lbs dog. I love the fact the charger is able to charge both in one go & it is a common charger type, so i can charge it in my car, etc if needed. I use it as a tool to reinforce training with my pup & dog. Like any tool used for training, research and learn before using. To sum it up; its dependable, easy to use & effective.

> 24 hourSeller / manufacturer is very responsive and replaced the item. New one does not drain the battery as fast and am still at 3 bars after 2 days, 48 hrs, of continuous use of the collar. Still one star short for me given some of the non-defect issues. Previous: The range, albeit listed at 2300ft seems to be less than the range of a 1600ft unit it replaced. The things that I really dislike about this unit: - battery on the handheld unit lasts a day between charges. My old device measured in weeks. - handheld unit is way bulky. So much for easily keeping it with you in your pocket. - handheld unit feels lighweight -the collar was charged 2 days ago and is already at 1 bar. The cheap alternative I bought lasted weeks. Not days, on a charge. I’ve also already experienced problems a few days in when the unit was turned on the screen would go off. Turning it back on and off would NOT fix this. I had to put the charge cable in to make it go one again and claim that the batteries were mostly full. So either the display shows incorrect battery readings or the hardware is funky. Certainly not a 5 star item so I’ll be the first to say so. I give 2 stars for the price range it’s in but don’t think it deserves more.

> 24 hourThis was so easy to use. Charger is all in one so there is not two chargers you have to keep up with. Fits all sizes of dogs. Instructions easy to understand. My dog is a 100 pound Rottweiler and he corrected easy. The contacts worked through his fur. I have other brands as well and this was just as good. Controller fits nice in your hand.

What if the dog doesn"t respond when the shock button is pressed?
1. When you press the shock button, please check whether the indicator light on the receiver and remote control is red
2. Please make sure that two metal prongs touch the dog"s skin directly at the same time.
3. please remove the two conductive silicone prong covers to try, conductive silicone prong can weaken electric shock.
The transmitter and receiver are equipped with a rechargeable battery.
The recharge time is 1.5-2 hours to full battery recharge. The receiver will then remain in standby mode for 15 days, the transmitter for up to 180 days depending on use.

Question: Both the receiver and the remote control are fully charged, but the receiver does not respond when the remote control is pressed. What happeded?
Answer: 1. Make sure the receiver is turned on.
2. Please check if the remote is switched to the "CH1".
3. if it still doesn"t work, You need to re-pair.
Friendly Tips
1. Check the tightness off the collar by inserting one or two finger snugly between the collar and neck.
2.If you don"t need the shock function, you can remove the metal probes, so that wearing the shock collar is more comfortable for your dog. If you use, please make sure the two conductive points have contacted with dog"s skin on the underside of neck directly at the same time.
3.Avoid leaving the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. or it may cause skin irritation. Keep checking the dog"s skin condition every day.

5.Our factory setting is paired with channel 1. The collar"s battery will be displayed on the remote screen for channel 1.
For other channels, if you need, you can pair by yourself.

Q3：How to re-pair the remote and the receiver?
A3. 1. make sure the receiver is turned off.
2.Turn on the remote control.
3. Press "CH" button on the right side of the remote control to select the channel you want to pair.
Then press and hold the "CH" button until the green light flashes.
4. press and hold the on/off button of the receiver for about 6S Immediately, you will hear a beep and the green light will flash.
Then you can see the power display of the receiver on the screen of the remote control, indicating that the pairing is successful.
