I used them as handles for my aging mother to hold on to going in and out the door. She has to go down one step.

We used these for our daughters bunk bed and they have been perfect.

High quality- We installed on the garage side of our door which has a step down into the garage from our house. My wife just had a knee replacement and the handles gives her confidence and stability when leaving and entering.
