Ive used this for years and can tell you taking it one oer day for 10 days on, 10 days off and repeat builds the immune system .

Just Dont bite into them... :} yah, I did... then my son did the next day... Even though I told him not too! Then, was in the next room the next day and heard my daughter give him one because he was asking for something to help him head off the cold he had and all I hear is...oh no, not the Oregano one again ...Yes hed bitten into another! Good laughs! Needless to say these potent little capsules work!!! Not sure what else is in them but I would Highly recommend them to anyone with an infection, viral or bacterial, instead of, or along side antivirus/biotics. {Just dont bite em°}...
