Great breath freshener and easily fits into a purse. Not sure how well it helps to settle a stomach bug doesn’t hurt.

It is delightful to have peppermint oil dissolve in your mouth directly; however the bead covering (tiny teeny shell) I spit them out instead of swallowing it. It could go down easily though.
