Greater than one weekI keep my vaccine card in a protective cover (“2-Pack Protective Vaccine Card Holder”) that I then slide into the windowed side inside this case and it fits fine. That way it stays protected when having to remove it. Protects passport and vaccine card well without adding unnecessary bulk.
