Lets be honest, if youre looking up body wash on Amazon youre probably frustrated with either 1) being unable to find the ideal scent/brand combination at your local retailer, or 2) the local prices have absurdly sky-rocketed. Dove is a product we have used for years. I found myself having skin irritation a few years ago. I was alternating between oil of olay and bath & body works. I switched to dove on a whim thinking my.soap was the issue. My skin irritation disappeared within a weeks time. I have chosen to use the kids brand verese a more popular childrens soap. Dove is less drying of our babies skin. It has a very mild odor which we appreciate with our childrens skincare productsm I will continue to use dove a glad we can add to our ever growing subscribe and save list.

I think this is great value for the price. Its a thick, milky body wash that lathers nicely and has a mild scent neutral enough to be used by myself and my boyfriend without interfering with perfume or cologne. It lasts because its a big bottle and you only eed about a dime size amount. I wouldnt say it eliminates the need for lotion or oil, but it does leave the skin moist refreshed and not feeling stripped like other washes or liquid soaps. Would definitely buy again.

Although the product says for dry skin and deep moisture, it does not technically moisten up you body after bath. I have an extremely dry skin and there is no way i find the product moisturizing after bath. But the good part is, it does not contain sulphate. Hence it is good for daily use, especially when you use it for 2 times daily. IF you are looking for a product that moistens your skin after bath, then this is not the product, but if you are looking for something that has very limited chemicals in it, then YES, go for it.

I have been using this body wash for quite some time. It does seem to be a little more gentle on the skin. You dont get that squeaky clean feeling on your skin after using this. It kind of leaves a layer of lotion after use, although that layer of lotion really isnt quite enough for the dry winter. Once you get used to it its fine, but some people may not like it.

I always buy Dove body wash. I love this product. It is creamy and rich. A lot of product is not needed to thoroughly wash completely. I did not rate the sensitive skin section because I dont know as I dont have sensitive skin. I did use it on my young grandchildren and they did not have skin irritations as a result of use.
