The shampoo is a good quality. The whole family uses it without complaint, but what I like is the pump top. It is very convenient.

Pump did not work. Existing pump on empty shampoo did not fit new. Decided to transfer shampoo from New to empty container. A bit messy but less inconvenient than returning item.

the box was badly broken when I received and the shampoo was all over the places. Contacted their customer care and they wrote me an academic essay of their return policy. Honestly, I would appreciate if they can sum up and answer my questions directly. Its about $10 and I need to use the shampoo. I dont bother to ship back and exchange

Thick and leaves hair smelling nice for ages

Product arrived with the nozzles of both bottles broken, as well as a large spill from one bottle inside the box. Otherwise as expected.
