Dove Dry Serum Antiperspirant Deodorant, Jasmine Touch, Jasmine,1.7 Oz

Love the smell and the feel but the bottle is horrible. I like throwing this in my purse for emergencies but the cap keeps falling off and it took me forever to “fix” the twist dial so the deodorant would come out. If you buy this you have a chance of getting one that does not allow you to get the deodorant out.

Honestly it smelled good but only because the package was so damaged the deodorant exploded everywhere. I wish I’d gotten a chance to actually wear and try it out. Bummed. But won’t order again bc of packing. It was a waste of my money.

Ive been using dove dry deodorant for years. This new brand has a very strong smell that is floral but I wouldnt say its jasmine. It works fine most of the time but if you are really sweaty or its been a super hot day it wears off after only an hour. The big thing I like is it doesnt leave white marks on my clothes, I have no idea why all American deodorant does that.

When I received this item, it was oozing product all over the lid. The lid is a joke. It doesnt work well at staying closed. When I tried to use the deodorant by twisting the bottom as stated, nothing came out. Couldnt even use the product. What a flop.

The scent of this product is very light and pleasant. It wont over power any other scent you may want to wear. It goes on very smoothly, and I do think my underarms are smoother and softer after three weeks of daily use. As for its effectiveness as a deodorant and antiperspirant, I found it does the job; however, I have not used it on a hot summer day, so I cannot speak on that. Overall, I recommend this. I have been a Secret user for many years, but I may consider a change.

I really love this new Dove dry serum antiperspirant. Not only does it have a lovely, light fragrance (Jasmine Touch,) it keeps me dry for days, absorbs almost instantly, and doesnt stain my clothing. This comes in two floral fragrances: Jasmine Touch, and Rose Silk. Unlike most deodorant fragrances, both choices are pleasant without being overtly chemical, and evaporate fairly quickly. I chose Jasmine because I found it to be less cloying than the Rose. If you like rose fragrances, you will definitely enjoy Rose Silk. This product is a few dollars more expensive than Doves solid stick deodorants, but purchasing it through Subscribe and Save brings the price down. I also far prefer it to solid stick products which stain my clothes and are almost impossible to get out. I hope Dove doesnt discontinue this product. Its difficult to find in stores.

Like the scent and its long lasting

I have tried many different kinds of anti-perspirants and deodorants in the past and Dove stick is the only one I will buy now. I have used it for years and it still works great. This dry serum doesnt really improve upon the stick. It works just as well, but with a different form. You need to twist the bottom with every application since the cream comes up through two little openings on the smooth curved plastic top. You then smooth the plastic with the cream around on your armpits. It dries within seconds. There is a warning on the label that you should consult your doctor if you have kidney disease and is the same warning that is on the invisible solid stick. This is not very comforting even thought I dont have kidney disease but does make me wonder how safe it actually is to absorb into my skin. I do remember reading about the risks of using products containing forms of aluminum which may be the ingredient culprit that prompts this warning. Anyway, this product does work but I do prefer the stick since I am not really a fan of rubbing the plastic around on my skin. A solid stick just feels better to me. The scent does last all day and is a pleasant, clean fragrance. At the time of this review the retail price was around $11 for 1.7 oz which seems a bit steep but the product works to control perspiration and odor.

I love this deodorant. It glides on easily, helps to reduce odor and doesn’t stain my clothing. I highly recommend it. It isn’t the cheapest but it’s by far the best I’ve used.
