Dove Purely Pampering Body Wash Coconut & Jasmine 500ml by Dove

Product came with a broken lid and half of the soap was already poured out into the box. A waste of money and product. The soap could have been wrapped and this would’ve been prevented.

So I read the other review and decide to take a chance with this product. I purchased the PURELY PAMPERING BODY WASH, I received the RELAXING shower gel. This is false advertising! I was going to just leave it alone and stay with the product but I decided to contact Amazon so that they could rectify the false advertising. We should not be receiving a different product from the one advertised.

Ive used this Dove body wash for years and last year during COVID all of my local stores here in GA, USA stopped stocking this scent. It is my absolute FAV, so naturally I turned to Amazon to make a purchase. The product I received is not what is described or shown in the photo. Its a weird looking Dove bottle and it is like a shower gel. It doesnt smell bad but because of me being so familiar with the real product I know this is not correct.
